This was, hands down, THE BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!!!  We had more than a good time! This place was AMAZING! We didn't have to go out of the house to find something for everyone to enjoy.  This was a one-stop-shop for everyone! Layout was perfect! Older kids downstairs, younger ones upstairs.  No fuss! Game room with ping pong, pool table, basketball,  foosball, karaoke, disco ball, strobe lights,  hot tub, swimming pool, breathtaking views,  emerald green waters of Norris Lake 5 minutes down the road for boating, skiing, fishing and tubing!  This is our summer spot from now on!  No one wanted to leave!  We ALL felt like we were at home from the moment we got there!  Beds extremely comfy, space was spotless, and Keith is THE BEST HOST EVER!! Always available and just an all-around GOOD person!!

We had a a group of 10 adults that stayed Labor Day weekend for a couples vacay. Let me start by saying, Keith’s place was outstanding! The description is 100% accurate and the view is breathtaking. The house is very spacious and accommodated everyone with lots of space for more. My favorite feature was the hot tub, it was very clean and spacious for 8 adults. The backyard is lit up at night and it’s just beautiful! Keith was very responsive and even let us check in early. Thank you Keith we had a great vacation!! I would definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect! Everything was turn key.  Keith has thought of everything for home away from home. We had a blast, our trip was adults only but our kids would have liked Tweetys Place more than our own house. Its hard to name all the things we were impressed with at Tweetys place. Just know that when you book this one. There is no need in packing all the extra from your house, this place has it. extra towels, trash bags, spices, tea pitcher, if its in your house, keith has it in this one.
Another note we were concerned about parking. we were coming to ride SXS at the royal blue. we had 2 trucks and trailers at 50 feet long and another 1 at 35 feet. we had plenty of parking, still lots of room for even a few more to park. Its on a dead end road so no traffic around, we didnt worry about anything happening to our rigs. The dog was able to run around free without us worrying about her. The view is beautiful, our pup even enjoyed watching the cattle.
